Recruiting for Japanese staff

I have been working at this school for several years now, and in that time have realized the many rewards that being a teacher here can have. Though I was hired to teach, I have also learned a lot from my students and my time here. It has made me a better person in many aspects and I would not trade this experience for anything.

Recruiting Policy for applicants currently residing in Japan:

1)Send your resume to Hello!s at recruiting@hellos-english.com.
2)Exchange information with the recruiting team by E-mail.
3)Initial interview to be conducted via Skype or in person depending on availability.
4)Mandatory in person interview and mock teaching.
5)Possible follow up interviews.
6)If hired, begin training and start working at Hello!s Associates Inc!

Recruiting Policy for applicants currently residing outside of the Japan:

1)See job posting and read our provided company information.
2)Make a reservation for one of our information sessions/individual interviews.
3)Attend information session, follow up individual interviews,
and conduct mock teaching exercise.
4)If hired, send necessary documents to Hello!s for processing of the Certificate of Eligibility,and exchange work contract with Hello!s.
5)Receive Certificate of Eligibility through the mail,and take it to the Japanese Consulate servicing your area to receive your work visa.
6)Come to Japan to begin training and start working at Hello!s Associates Inc!
