Spending so much time at home over the past couple months really got me wanting to play around with music.  It had been years since I last had a synthesizer, so I decided to buy a new one!  I got a Korg Minilogue and I’ve had a blast playing around with it.  When I was in college, I owned a couple synths and spent so much time making new sounds and recording songs, so it brought back some good memories taking my new toy out of its box and setting it up. 

I’ve been happy to hear that some of my students used the quarantine period to pick up new instruments or learn how to produce their own songs.  Creativity is so important and music is my favorite way to be creative!
