In the US, Christmas season officially kicks off after Thanksgiving has ended.  This year we had a very low-key Thanksgiving due to coronavirus.  As soon as we finished dinner and cleaned up, we got the Christmas decorations out of storage and started decorating.  A few years ago, we bought a 190cm Christmas tree from Costco, and I love it.  In the US, it’s common for people to have big trees and decorate all around the house with lights and wreaths and garland.  We don’t have as many crazy decorations as I would like, but the tree is a great start.  My son is 4 now, and he really loves hanging ornaments.  We had a great time listening to Christmas music and setting up the tree.  Now it truly feels like Christmas season has begun.
