Have you ever been in a house where there are so many light switches that you can’t remember which one does what? That’s how my house feels sometimes!

In the living room alone, I think there are five switches on the wall. One turns on the ceiling light, another turns on the fan, and the rest? Well, I’m not even sure! Sometimes I flip a switch and nothing happens. Other times, I turn one on and suddenly a light in the hallway or outside comes on. It feels like a guessing game every time I walk into the room.

The kitchen is even trickier. There are switches near the sink, by the door, and next to the fridge. Half the time, I just keep clicking until the right light finally turns on. Sometimes I end up turning them all off and starting over. It makes me laugh, but it also makes me wonder—why do I need so many switches?

The funniest part is when I try to show someone else around my house. They ask, “Which switch turns on the porch light?” and I honestly don’t know! We end up pressing every switch until we figure it out.

Even though it’s confusing, I kind of enjoy the mystery. It’s like my house is playing a little puzzle with me every day. Still, I think one day I’ll put little labels on each switch. That way, I can finally remember which one is which.

Until then, I’ll keep flipping and guessing. Click! Wrong one. Click! Nope. Click! Finally, the right light.
