This summer has been very hot! Almost every day felt like the sun was sitting right above my head. Walking outside made me sweaty, and even nights were warm and sticky. I tried to stay cool with cold drinks, ice cream, and swimming, but the heat was still tiring. Summer can be fun, but sometimes it feels a little too long when it is so hot.
That is why I am so excited for fall—my favorite season! Fall feels like fresh air after a heavy summer. The weather becomes cooler, the sun feels softer, and it’s finally comfortable to be outside again.
One of the most beautiful things about fall is the trees. Green leaves slowly change into red, orange, and yellow. Parks and streets turn into colorful pictures. I love walking through crunchy leaves on the ground. It’s like nature made a playground just for us.
Fall food is also amazing. After months of ice cream and watermelon, it feels nice to enjoy warm treats again. Hot chocolate, apple cider, pumpkin pie, and soup all make fall feel cozy. Just holding a warm drink in your hands on a cool day feels perfect.
I also look forward to wearing soft sweaters and hoodies. They make me feel comfortable and ready for adventures outside. And of course, fall has fun traditions too—like harvest festivals, pumpkin carving, and Halloween!
So while summer was hot and sticky, it makes me love fall even more. I can’t wait for cool air, colorful leaves, and cozy evenings. Goodbye, summer heat. Hello, wonderful fall!

マレーシアでは、ドリアンのシーズンになると道路沿いや屋台に大量のドリアンが並び、その場で食べたり、新鮮なドリアンを購入したりできます。でも、勇気がなくてまだ食べたことがありません!

Hey y’all!
It sure has been coming down the last few weeks. I really don’t like rainy weather but it is making things slightly cooler so I guess that’s a plus. Really makes me wish I had a car… Oh well! It’s good for the flowers. Do you like the rain?
See y’all in class!

Kia ora and hello everyone!
During summer vacation, my older brother came to Japan and visited me. It was his first time coming here, so we met in Tokyo and travelled around.
It was an amazing experience, and although super hot, we both had a great time. We went to Tokyo Skytree and enjoyed eating so much fun Tokyo food.
Have you ever been to Tokyo?

Dolphins are playful, smart animals that live in the ocean. They swim in groups called pods and often leap high out of the water.
Dolphins “talk” to each other using clicks and whistles. They can even recognize themselves in a mirror, which shows how intelligent they are.
Sometimes dolphins swim near boats and seem to “race” alongside. They remind us that the sea is full of life and surprises.

Hey y’all!
About a month ago, a friend reached out with a photo from a collection of limited edition bottles from Heinz Ketchup Japan. The collection had an assortment of Kirby pictures with a few trinkets. We weren’t sure if it was real or not, but I still went out to have a look and never found a single bottle or keychain. Well…..while randomly twirling through Seijo Ishi I FOUND A BOTTLE. Still can’t believe it. It was hiding on the bottle shelf and was the last one!

Kia ora and hello everyone!
It has been so hot these past few months, that sometimes all I want to eat is refreshing ice cream!
I managed to find a really great gelato place in Tokyo that offered delicious flavours. I got raspberry and chocolate, and mixed together, they were amazing!
What’s your favourite flavour of ice cream?

Looking up at the stars is like peeking into a giant sparkling puzzle. Some stars make shapes called constellations, like the Big Dipper or Orion.
Long ago, sailors used the stars to guide their ships. Today, people still love stargazing, especially on clear nights far away from city lights.
Have you ever seen a shooting star? It’s not really a star but a rock burning up in the sky. Still, many people make wishes when they see one.
