Growing up I was not exposed to different kinds of foods. As a child my parents usually fed me the same meals, and maybe on special occasions I would get the opportunity to try something new. For me, I never tasted Curry until I was 21 and had visited Japan. That was an amazing experience because I have had this skewed perception of how it would taste and how my body might react to it. Since then I’ve learned even more like how some countries have their own variation of curry. I was first introduced to Japanese curry (which I have to say is my favorite) but I have also had Indian curry as well. Curry comes in many different forms. Such as curry paste, curry powder, curry roux cubes, and even curry leaves. Every Culture makes curry a bit different , and each has its own unique qualities and taste. For me curry is amazing and I’m glad I’ve had the opportunity to taste it! I love trying different kinds of curry and new foods!
Til next time.
