One of my favorite ways to beat the heat is enjoying a delicious snow cone. The snow cones here in Japan are a bit different in there own way, but still very delicious. One thing I miss about the snow-cones from back home( Austin, Texas) is the amount of flavors I had available to me, and one flavor that I unexpectedly miss the most is Piccadilly. Now you’re probably wondering “What the heck is a Piccadilly?” but it’s nothing too special. A Piccadilly is just a certain type of snow-cone that involves mixing pickle juice,  cut-up pickles, and Chamoy (is a Mexican  into your snow-cone. The flavor of the snow cone does not matter you just pick your usual snow cone flavor. Every person I’ve mentioned this too gives me a funny look, but It’s actually good and you should try it sometime. It’s fairly easy to get the ingredients and simple to make at home. If you like trying new things this should be one of them!
