Hey y’all

 I took a trip up north to see Shirakawa-go! This UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous for many things, but it’s mostly known for the gasshō-zukuri or traditionally thatched houses. I’ve seen pictures of the place in all four seasons but had always wanted to see it in winter, so I decided to make the trip up there! I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
