Hello everyone! Hope your break has been going well and you and your family have been safe and warm! I did a lot of thinking about what I could do during break and I think I finally found something I could put some good energy into. I’m always looking to add some new recipes to the list of things I can cook. I bought this Korean Comic Cookbook back in Austin a few years ago, and I love it! The author explains things very well, and includes some funny family stories. Already, I’ve learned to make gimbap, kimchijjigae, kimchi pancake, and a spicy chicken stew! Each dish has been quite tasty, so I think that’s a success! I would love to do the same with some Japanese food next!
