Spending much of 2020 in quarantine wasn’t great for anyone, but there were some positives. This spring during the lockdown I had lots of time to experiment with cooking different kinds of food. I’ve posted in the past about my love of Korean food, and that was the focus of a lot of my cooking adventure throughout the year. This weekend, I was in the mood for something Korean, so I decided to make bibimbap. I’ve made it plenty of times in the past, but this one was the best yet! To be honest, I’m not entirely sure why it was so much better than other attempts, but I hope I can make it just as good next time!
