As a man who enjoys training, I like to eat healthy. I usually eat foods like rice, potatoes, chicken, beef, vegetables, fruit, etc. But,sometimes I like to eat something that is not as healthy. We call it cheat foods. My favorite cheat food is pizza. As much as I love pizza, I only eat it three times a year. This is for a couple reasons. One is that pizza has a lot of calories. If I ate it often, I would become fat. Another reason is that if I eat pizza often, I would get tired of it. So now, I can eat pizza and I do not have to worry about getting fat.
