Hey y’all!

one thing you must know about me is that I love flowers. In the ground, in a bouquet, in a vase, it doesn’t matter. Growing up, my grandmother practiced Ikebana and even helped start the Ikebana club in San Antonio over 40 years ago. Although I don’t have the patience to do it, I do enjoy looking at it, drinking match and eating wagashi. Do you like Ikebana?

Kia ora and hello everyone!

Back in January I was lucky enough to go to Nagano and see my cousins at their ski resort!

I’ve never been skiing before so it was a scary experience! I would love to be able to say I was a pro, but unfortunately I fell many times and took my friends down with me.

Despite all the bruises I have, I had an amazing time and would love to go again someday!

For the past year and a half that I’ve lived in Ogaki I’ve been enjoying going around and trying all the restaurants in the area. My favorite restaurant that I’ve tried has been Sancock! I go there about once every two weeks. It’s so delicious. Since I’ve been going there I’ve been working on my stamp card one trip at a time. Once you’ve gone 10 times and collected 10 stamps you are rewarded with a Sancock mug. Today is a very special and happy day for me because I have finally accomplished this feat and received my official Sancock mug!!

今日はホワイトデーです。

クッキーやお花などかわいいパッケージをお店でよくみるのですが、バレンタインのお返しに

キャンデｲーやマシュマロ、ホワイトチョコレートなどのプレゼントを女性に贈る日として

日本で始まったそうです。

3月になるといちごも店頭でよく見かけますし、以前より大きくて高級ないちごもよく出ています。

先日白い苺を頂いたので楽しみにしていたら、いつの間にか冷蔵庫から消えていました。

トホホ・・・

白いものってなんとなくおしゃれで高貴なイメージがありますね！

みんなにとっての特別感のある食べ物はなんですか。

3月はお別れのシーズンですから
