Hello everyone! I’m still trying to enjoy this beautiful weather, before it gets too cold. I went on a walk around Ogaki and enjoyed seeing the changing colors of the leaves. I’m also surprised to see so many flowers blooming at this time of year! Back home, in Texas, flowers only really bloom in spring. I love that Japan is so beautiful all year. I can’t wait to see what winter is like.

Hey y’all!

  It’s time to start decorating for Christmas! Here at Gifuhombu we’re already on top of it by adding our own special flare with these custom gingerbread men. I highly recommend that all of y’all add to the fun with your own creation. As some of y’all already know, I CAN’T DRAW, so I decided to put my technology skills to the test and put a picture of myself right on the paper. FABULOUS and ICONIC! I already know! 

  Anyways, I hope all of y’all take part in this decorating adventure.

Hello hello! Hope everyone is doing well and staying warm! It’s been getting colder these days, which I am a fan of! I especially like this weather because it means we can eat more soup, stews, and other dishes like that.

Below is a picture of budaejjigae, or Military Hot Pot in English. This is one of my favorite Korean dishes! There’s so many different ingredients that you can throw in: Spam, noodles, onions, tofu, kimchi, and so much more! It’s perfect to eat with friends and when it’s getting chilly outside. What’s your favorite food to eat when it starts getting colder?
