Kia Ora and hello everyone!

I was lucky enough to go to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing!!!

I’ve been a fan of Taylor Swift ever since I was 5 years old, and this was my first time ever being able to see her in concert as she doesn’t usually go to New Zealand for shows!

One of the most exciting things about this tour, is that people make and exchange friendship bracelets with other people that are there – I made 30 friendship bracelets and left with about 100! 

I highly recommend this concert and artist, and if you haven’t heard of Taylor Swift, definitely check her out! Come and find me if you ever need song recommendations!

花や宝石に与えられた象徴的な意味は、素敵なものがたくさんあります。自分と関係のあるものだけ調べたことがありますが、お花屋さんや頂き物で見かけると今でもふと気になって調べることがあります。私はアジサイが好きなのですが、花言葉=かわいい意味だと思っていたので、昔調べたときに「冷淡、無情」と出てとても驚きました＼(◎o◎;)／色によって異なるので、もちろんいい意味もたくさんあります。

アジサイ「冷淡、移り気、知的、辛抱強い愛」、コスモス「謙虚、調和、平和」、アメジスト「誠実、平和」、ルビー「情熱、勇気、自由」など…

先日チョコレート菓子を作ってみました。

マンディアンという見た目の華やかなものです。

チョコレートを薄くのばし上にナッツやドライフルーツをのせて作ったお菓子です。

マンディアンはフランス語で修道士　４種類のトッピングの色が修道士の着ている服の色と

似ていることから名付けられました。アーモンド、ヘーゼルナッツ、ドライイチジク、レーズンが

本来決められた色。ドミニコ（白）、カルメル（茶色）、フランシスコ灰色）、アウグスチノ（濃い紫）

私は、アーモンドの他にミニマシュマロやこえだちゃん、チョコカラースプレーを使ったのですが

、ベースとなるチョコを少し高いものに変えたので口溶けが良く、反響は良かったです。

おいしいのでまた作るにしても、今度はホワイトデーを意識してホワイトチョコレートを使ってみたいと思います。

I’m so excited to see them swing bats, catch balls, and run around the field. Spring training means the baseball season is just around the corner, and that’s super awesome! Soon, we’ll be rooting for our favorite teams, enjoying hot dogs, and feeling the thrill of home runs. Grab your mitts and caps, little buddies, because the countdown to baseball fun has begun!

ベルギーといえば、チョコレートやワッフルでしょうか？街中にはもちろんたくさんのショップが並んでいて華やかさを増してくれますが、おじさんにはもう甘い食べ物はそんなにいりません。日本食が恋しくなる前にせまいせまいレストランで食べた肉とコロッケです。やっぱりちょっと塩辛かったですね。
